We will send you text messages related to your HVAC service requests, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, technician dispatch notifications, and post-service follow-ups. Additionally, you may optionally opt in to receive promotional messages, including special offers, seasonal discounts, and maintenance tips.
Service message consent: You opt in to receive service-related SMS messages by providing your phone number through our contact form and explicitly consenting. Service consent is required to receive order updates.
Marketing message consent (optional): You may separately opt in to receive promotional SMS messages. Marketing consent is entirely optional and can be given or withdrawn independently of service consent. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect your ability to receive service notifications.
