Once you download the mobile App, the mobile App will request access to your device location. When access is granted, Kraftec will be able to track the physical location of your device. This information will be used to provide the Service and to improve our mobile App. You can remove the App location tracking or change the location tracking permission to a specific time by changing your privacy settings on your device.

We will send you text messages related to your HVAC service requests, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, technician dispatch notifications, and post-service follow-ups. Additionally, you may optionally opt in to receive promotional messages, including special offers, seasonal discounts, and maintenance tips.
Service message consent: You opt in to receive service-related SMS messages by providing your phone number through our contact form and explicitly consenting. Service consent is required to receive order updates.
Marketing message consent (optional): You may separately opt in to receive promotional SMS messages. Marketing consent is entirely optional and can be given or withdrawn independently of service consent. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect your ability to receive service notifications.
Message frequency: You will receive up to 3 messages (scheduling, dispatch, completion) per service order. If you opt in to marketing messages, you will receive up to 2 promotional messages per month.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
